Wow. I went to the cingular store to get my phone replaced, and called their insurance claims from the office. They told me they'd ship me some new motorola phone, since apparently my crappy samsung is no longer supported. And it arrived at 9 this morning. That's about an 18 hour turnover. That's kind of impressive in my opinion. Too bad I have to get everyone's cell number again.

So this big poll from People Press came out weeks ago, and I'm just now getting around to digging in the meat of it, which you can find here. The thing that's really amazing to me: 23% of Americans still, to this day, believe AIDS might be God's punishment for immoral sexual behavior. Over one in five Americans entertains the notion that God created AIDS to punish fags. I seriously don't understand how this attitude persists.

I was searching for the lyrics to a different Aimee Mann song, and I never realized the title of the movie Ghost World was taken from a song of hers. So I downloaded it, and... guh.

I wish I'd had this song when I dropped out of college.

So I think I might obsessively blog my time-spending habits once law school starts. I think I'd establish a new LJ for that, though, since that would have to annoy the shit out of people. Would anyone actually want to read that? Maybe I need to just start that shit on blogspot.
